It’s nearly Christmas! And I just have spaces on two more yoga therapy classes before the New Year. If you’re interested in joining my special Christmas Eve (3.30-5pm, opening up to life and love) or New Year’s Eve (3-4.30pm – releasing the old, ready for the new) classes, I recommend booking your space asap.
